Gonzalo "El Charro" Palacio's Obituary
He is survived by his children, Gilbert Gil Palacio, Sandra Rodriguez (Filiberto), Jaime Palacio (Judith), Ceci Palacio, Sonia Palacio, Gonzalo Palacio Jr. (Maggie), Leticia Taufahema (Okalani) and Veronica Garcia; 23 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Gonzalo was born in Tequesquitlan, Jalisco, Mexico and immigrated to Escondido, CA in 1951. He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Guadalupe Gil and his uncle, Jose Rubio. He is the founder of the "Associacion de Charros de Escondido" (A Mexican Cowboy Group)
