George Joseph Murphy's Obituary
George is preceded in death by his his first wife Frances Murphy in 1982 and his second wife, Virginia Murphy in 2003 and his Brother: William J. Murphy in 2004. He is survived by his Sons: Thomas G. Murphy (RoseMarie), Daniel J. Murphy (June), Jerry Murphy (Patricia),and James F. Murphy. Step-Son: Jon Lucas (Chris); Daughter: Susan Roston; Step-Daughters: Jan Nosse (Lawrence) and Lynne Lucas. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 16 Great Great Grandchildren George was a Supervisor for General Motors in the Electromotive Division for 38 years. He was a very active member of The Church of The Resurrection for 30 years. He enjoyed gardening and traveling. Donations can be made in George's name to: The Elizabeth Hospice, 150 W.
