Frank X. Happle's Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Doris, children, Peter and Angela and granddaughters, Janalee and Natalie. An accomplished Chef, Frank began his professional training as an apprentice at the age of 14, in his hometown Karlsruhe, Germany. After immigrating to Canada, he worked as a Chef in Toronto General Hospital, then Head Chef at the Wellesley Hospital. In In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Chef De Cuisine of San Diego (PO Box 1734, Julian, CA 920236-1734) may be made to the Ray Hilfiger Foundation, which contributes to the educational and professional development of the Association.
