Francisco Mendez Flores' Obituary
Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his son, Robert Flores, in 1985; brothers Frederico Flores in 2007 and Pascual Flores in 2004; and grandson Alex Covarubias in 2000. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Guadalupe Flores, daughters Marie Covarubias (Alfred), Alice Henry (Don), Anita Faz (Sandy), Teresa Flores; sons Raul M. Flores (Patricia), Frank J. Flores (Sharon), George Flores (Irene); daughter-in-law Anne Flores; sister Catalina Flores; brother Candido Flores; sister-in-law Bertha Flores; 22 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren. He retired in 1982 as a construction worker for Mallo Construction. He was a member of St. Mary's Church since 1986. He enjoyed Latin music, the Dodgers, traveling, family barbecues and the outdoors.
