Francisco is survived by his Wife of 26 years: Agnes Mendiola; Father: Francisco Mendiola; and Sons: Joseph, Mark, and Robert. Francisco worked for 22 years as a technician with the Public Works Street Department. He coached aquatics and loved to surf. he also enjoyed fishing and bar-b-quing! He was a very devoted husband and father. Franisco was very well liked by his co-workers
