Vangie was preceded in death by her Husband: Valentine Kolb, Sons: Richard and Charles Kolb; and Daughter: Vangie Dee Dilbeck. She is survived by her Nephew: Richard Rodrigues and wife, Melissa, and Niece: Clorinda George. Vangie has 11 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. Vangie was a homemaker for 80 years. She loved her family very much and was a devoted Catholic. She also loved to travel!
