Mr. Slatlem was preceded in death by his father Paul I. Slatlem in 2006. Mr. Slatlem is survived by his companion Ms. Kim Morey; daughter Skylar Rayn Morey; mother and stepfather Roxanne L. and Dwaine Howell; brother Christopher I. Slatlem (Joani); and sister Stacy Ann Slatlem He has played on softball teams over the years. He loved to go dirt biking.
