Ellen Lila Mayer's Obituary
Ellen "Lila" Mayer, 90, passed away Monday Nov. 30th 2015 of natural causes. She was born Jan. 30th 1925 in Fairview Utah. She lived in Escondido for the past 15 years. She spent most of her life in La Mesa raising her children, Lila and her husband, Bill loved to travel and were able to see much of the world in their lifetime together. Lila loved sailing, painting, flower arranging and the years spent showing horses. Her biggest passion was her family. 2 children, Paul Mayer and Kathy Falej. 6 grandchildren Wes, Randi, Danny, Andrea, Kate and Alli. And her 6 great grandchildren. With 3 more coming in 2016.
Lila was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bill, 2005 and her daughter Marsha Louise, 1951. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 08,2015 at 10:00am at Emmanuel Faith Lila will be laid to rest with her husband at Oak Hill Cemetery.
