Mrs. Whiteman was preceded in death by her husband Harvey C. Whiteman (1963). She is survived by her sons Fred R. Whiteman (Susan) and Harvey C. Whiteman II(Dorinda); step-brother Lionel J. Coffin; step-sister Norma McCalister; step granddaughter Samantha Moon. Mrs. Whiteman moved to Poway in 1950 and to Escondido in 1985.
