Edward "Eddie" Silver Perez's Obituary
Mr. Perez was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Perez, in 2007; mother Julia Perez in 1997; father Miguel Perez in 1976; and daughter Theresa Perez in 1965. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beatrice M. Perez; sons Benson Perez (Monica), Edward Perez Jr. (Carla) and Jerry Perez (Gaylene); daughter Jeanette Mena (Mike); brothers George Perez (Beverly), Morty Perez and Richard Perez; sisters Gloria Dash (Bob), Rita Carter (Jerry), and Esther Arredondo (Al); 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He graduated from Escondido High School in 1951. He attended Sierra Vista Baptist Church in Rancho Cucamonga.
