Edith Reeder's Obituary
Mrs. Reeder is survived by her husband, Fred; daughter, Jackie Chagala (James); grandchildren, Laura Zetmeir (Erik), Eric Chagala (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Lincoln, Skylar, Reagan and Reese; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was born in Murphysboro, IL. She married Fred Reeder on June 21, 1942 in San Diego. Mrs. Reeder enjoyed needlepoint, crafts, reading and was a fan of the Padres. She volunteered for many years at the Palomar Family Counseling Thrift Shop, the Friends of Escondido Library Bookshop and Meals on Wheels. She attended Escondido United Refor In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Edith's name to San Diego Hospice and the Institute for Palliative Medicine - www.sdhospice.org.
