Mrs. Middlebrook was preceded in death by her Husband: Rupert Middlebrook in 2005. She is survived by her Son: James Middlebrook and wife Terry; Daughters: Laura Leonard and Sandy Yarrow and husband Dr. Jim Yarrow; Sisters: Gerry Zemke, Polly Kidd and Betty Wallin and husband Fred; as well as 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. She retired in 1980 after 20 years as a riding instructor and horse boarder and trainer. She enjoyed gardening, horseback riding and basketball.
