Mrs. Nelson was preceded in death by her husband, William Donald Nelson in 1971. She is survived by her sons Alan D. Nelson (Sandra) and Dean W. Nelson; grandchildren Christopher S. Nelson and Todd A. Nelson She lived in Escondido for 16 years. She was a beautician for 30 years. She was a member of the Women's Moose Lodge in Escondido for two years. She enjoyed being outdoors, playing cards, dancing, walking and traveling the world.
