Mr. Beresford is survived by his wife of 27 years, Arlene Beresford; daughters, Adele Rodriguez and Melissa Beresford, Jocelyn Beresford; sons, Brian Beresford and Kyle Beresford; grandchildren, Nicky Herrera, Joe Herrera and Reign Cuevas; sisters, Patricia Sexton, Elizabeth Ragsdale, Josephine Royer; brothers, Brian Beresford, Howard K. Maxcy Sr.; brother-in-law, Don Royer; god mother Marian "Tiny" Taylor; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Beresford and grandson baby Richard. He served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division as an Airborne Ranger. He worked for SDG&E as a lineman for 13 years.
