Donald Joseph Milks, 56, of Valley Center passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2011. Donald was born on July 15, 1954 in Whittier, CA. He served as an Army Ranger during Vietnam. Donald married Andrea Boyens on June 28, 1980. Mr. Milks worked in residential construction for more than 30 years and enjoyed spending time with his family when not at work. He is survived by his wife, Andrea of Valley Center, daughter, Emily Milks of Valley Center; sons, Patrick (Yesenia) Milks of Escondido, Brian Milks of Escondido, Sean Milks of Valley Center; sister, Loretta Martin of Clovis, CA; brothers, Bill (Gloria) M
