Mr. Wilkins was preceded in death by his parents: Donald and Margaret Wilkins. He is survived by his Wife of 38 years: Susanna Wilkins; Son: Donald Joseph Wilkins and his wife, Kimberly; Daughter: Susanna Margaret Setran and husband Laine; Brothers: Thomas Henry Wilkins and wife Colleen; and Sisters: Margaret Wilkins Collom and husband Jonathan, and Mary Catherine Wilkins. He has 5 Grandchildren: Sean, Alexandra, Matthew, Jack, and Meghan. He retired after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the The University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America. He was an Attorney for 37 years. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Poway for 17 years. He enjoyed skiing, running, sailing and spending time with his grandchildren.
