Jack was survived by his Wife of 61 years: Loretta Mae Hart; Sons: James Hart, Roy Hart and wife, Ricki, and Paul Hart, and Sister: Fern Phenix. He also had 4 grandchildren. Jack graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Jack was Treasurer of the Board for Joslyn Manufacturing and Supply Company which was a company that sold steel supplies. He was also Treasurer for Camio Woods. He enjoyed playing golf, RVing, fishing, and traveling. He dearly loved his family and enjoyed Donations can be made in Jack's name to: Gloria Dei Lutheran Church,
