Deborah "Debbie" Sanders' Obituary
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Mike Sanders her three children, Rebecca Terni (Stephen), Michelle Ambuul (Chris), and Daniel Sanders (Jennifer) and her eight grandchildren; her mother, Dorothy Depew; mother-in-law, Marcela Sanders; seven siblings; and a large extended family. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Depew; and father-in-law, Benjamin Sanders Deborah was born on January 11, 1952, in Los Angeles, California, and was raised in Pasadena California, where she met her husband. In 1972, she and her husband moved to an avocado ranch in Escondido as newlyweds. She settled into the community as a hom She was a warm and fun person with a passion for cooking, gardening, reading, traveling, and communing with nature. Deborah felt she had an incredibly blessed life and she possessed an extaordinary strength and will to live. In her final days, she said, "My life has matched the rhythm of the garden seasons and the beauty, blessings and renewal of nature." She had a deep devotion to her Catholic faith and garnered much strength from the Rosary and Our Lady of Guadalupe.
