Daniel Brookside's Obituary
Mr. Brookside is survived by his mother, Lynn Brookside; father and stepmother, Don and Marcia James; sister Angela Chisum (Darren); nephews Drake Chisum and a baby boy yet to be born. He and his family moved to Escondido in 1978 where he attended Escondido public schools. He earned an AA degree in music from Palomar College and attended CSUSM as a music major while working part-time in the campus library. He was a beloved member of the Escondido Christian Center and Celebrate Recovery, Daniel was a warm, gregarious young man who brought delight to all who knew him, especially his mother. He is at peace in heaven, singing praises to our God and King along Tax deductible donations may be sent to Celebrate Recovery in Daniel Brookside's name. Please make checks payable to the Escondido Christian Center at 927 Idaho Ave., Escondido, CA 92025, and write "Celebrate Recovery" in the memo line.
