Connie was preceded in death by her husband, William Rufus Bixby, in 1953. She is survived by her daughter: Frances Spear and husband, Bobby; Son: William G. Bixby; Beloved Sister: Ruth Swenson; close friends: Shari Land, Rae Rudolf, Norman Rudolf, Mary Hamilton and Laura; former Daughter-In-Law; Betty Bixby; Nieces: Kris Durfee and Margaret Robison, and Grandchildren: Jeanine, Kenneth, Robert, William, and Julia. Connie also has 3 Great Grandchildren. Connie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Connie was a librarian for the City of San Diego for many years as well as a restuarant owner. Being she was a librarian.....she was an avid reader. She enjoyed needlepoint and quilting. She loved music especially playing the piano and singing.
