Clarence Elvin Kimbrell's Obituary
Elvin passed away on January 31, 2023 in Escondido, CA. He was born May 4, 1934 in Redlands, California and resided for the last 52 years in Rancho Bernardo and Escondido. Elvin was an engineer for Pacific Bell until his retirement. After retirement he pursued his love of the outdoors with his hobby of raising and selling orchids.
Elvin is survived by his children, Brad (Patty) Kimbrell, Jo Lynn (Steve) Vincent, Tahli (Nick) Henry, and daughter-in-law Martha Kimbrell, as well as 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded by his wife Evelyn and son Tom.
A family visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., with funeral services to follow at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary, 225 S. Broadway, Escondido. Internment will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Escondido.
