She is survived by her father, Vern Peltzer and mother, Melissa Tierney; grandmother, Katie Kuipers; grandfather, Pat Tierney; brothers, Grant Peltzer, Colton Peltzer and Cole Clemans; sisters, Lacey Rose and Cheyanne Clemans. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Escondido Humane Society, or the American Breast Cancer Society.
