I will miss Uncle Doug. My mom Ann was his sister. He saved my life when we lived in Missouri. I was 6 years old and we lived in a 2 story house and Uncle Doug would come visit us when he was on leave. He would sleep with me because we had no extra room. I would walk in my sleep and one night in my sleep I was going to go out my second story window and I had 1 leg out the window and Uncle Doug heard me and grabbed me just before I was going to swing my other leg out the window. That is how Uncle Doug saved my life. I will see him in Heaven when the Lord takes me home.
