Carlos A Huerta's Obituary
Carlos A. Huerta 66, of Escondido, CA was welcomed into the arms of the Lord on December 31, 2015 from natural causes.
He was born to Castullo & Maria Perpetua Huerta on May 3, 1949 in Callao, Peru.
He attended San Antonio Marianistas Highschool in Callao, Peru 1964, he Completed his College/ University in California. His love of learning gave him the chance to study abroad while completing his studies and experiencing different cultures. Carlos taught Microbiology at Los Angeles Community College for over 30 years. He worked for EDD since 1993. He was an Escondido resident for 50 years. Carlos was a devout Catholic and although a quiet man he was an educator, world traveler, book worm, an avid photographer, knew 5 languages & a lover of music. He was a kind hearted & thoughtful man. He is survived by his mother, Maria Perpetua Huerta, Sister Olga Levenson, Uncle Flavio Olano & his only niece Carmen Levenson of Escondido, CA.
A viewing & rosary service will be held at Alhiser-Comer Mortuary on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 5-9 pm
