I will, for the rest of my life miss you, and hold you in my heart along with my dad. I always considered myself blessed because my entire adult life, I didn’t have to grieve for a loved one truly close to my heart. Until last year, and now I can’t believe I’m having to live through this again with you, my cousin that I grew up with and looked up to, my cousin who I loved and appreciated. The interest you took in my kids will be my best memory. Samm and Gabriel will always have nothing, but great things to say about their Tío Carlos. Leo is too young, and it does sadden me that he didn’t have the opportunity to get to know you. Leo will grow up in this crazy tech era and know that his Tío Carlos was his number one Instagram fan. You are such a great role model, amazing influencer and, someone I always wanted to make happy and, proud. I’m so blessed God kept you in my life because God knew we would need you when dad passed.
