Mr. Nungesser Sr. is survived by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Nungesser; daughter Susan Orton; son Carl Nungesser, Jr. (Donna); three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a self employed heavy equipment operator and farmer. He was a member of the Masons, A Deacon and Eldor at Faith Reformed Church in Norwalk. He was a Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
