Brenden James Castro's Obituary
While growing up, Brenden was involved in the Young Marines. He graduated from Vista High School in 2004. After high school, Brenden attended Mira Costa and Palomar Colleges and worked at Superior Ready Mix as well as in the family business, Omega Bicycles, in Oceanside. He enjoyed horseback riding, riding bikes, cars and was a member of the SoCal Muscle Car Club. Brenden joined the Army in February 2011 and was stationed at Ft. Riley in Kansas at the time of his death. He is survived by his parents, Mark and Edith Castro of Oceanside; grandparents, Toni Atkins of Phoenix, Ariz., Karen Rearick of Apple Valley, CA., Conrad Castro of Redlands, CA and Donald Crawford of Tacoma, WA.
