Mrs. Salyer is survived by son Lee Ashby (Marilyn); daughters Deborah Sarot (Steve), and Elizabeth Toby-Briggs; and two grandchildren She graduated from Escondido High School, class of 1949. She loved animals and rode Western and English show horses in local horse shows. She was an active member of the First Congregational Church. The family suggests donations to the First Congregational Church, 1800 N. Broadway, Esc., CA 92026.
