Barbara Jean Holder Hicks' Obituary
Born on November 1, 1922, Barbara grew up in Santee, where her father was postmaster and owned the general store. She lived her entire life in San Diego County Barbara married Donald F. Osgood of Lemon Grove and they had three children. Her life was centered on raising the children. She was past president of PTA, the Kiwanians and was active in Girl Scouts. After her children were grown, Barbara worked in acc She is survived by her children, Sharon Nagaran, Sandra Osgood, D. Wayne Osgood; four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
