Barbara Jean DeCosmo's Obituary
Barbara is survived by her loving husband, Stan; her two daughters, Michele (and Tom), and Daniele (and Tyler) of Escondido, CA; parents, Wayne and Evelyn of Denison, Iowa; sisters, Marilyn of Des Moines, Iowa, and Kathleen of Passadena, CA; brother, Michael (and Jena) of Denison, Iowa; grandchildren, Tyler, Haley, Lauren and Connor of Escondido; aunts, Helen of Canton, Ohio, and Leona of Denison, Iowa; uncles, Maynard (and Adlyn) of Dow City, Iowa, and Feris (and Fern) of Sioux City, Iowa; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Barbara was raised in Denison, Iowa where she spent her childhood life. She married Stan, on November 26, 1965 and they lived numerous places before settling in Escondido in 1999. Barbara's interests included playing golf, tennis, and spending time with friends and family. Her countless hours of devotion to raising her children was an inspiration to all.
