Audrey Yvonne Wells' Obituary
Audrey Wells, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer at the age of 79.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 27 years, Robert W.Wells Sr. brothers Maurice Jr. and Ronald McConnaha, and her parents Maurice and Dagny McConnaha.
Audrey was born and raised in Denver Colorado. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a resident of Escondido for 46 years.
She was a retired manager for AT&T with over 35 years of distinguished service. She also thoroughly loved being a volunteer in the lobby at the Palomar Medical Center.
Her devotion to her family was a guiding force of kindness and love.
Audrey is survived by son Robert W. Wells Jr. and wife Susanna of Oklahoma; daughter Donna Morasco and husband Ed Morasco of Escondido; grandchildren Jeff Dorlaque and wife Vanessa, Robert Wells III, Scott Dorlaque, Kaylyn Wells; great-grandchildren Kaya, Morgan and Elliot.
There will be a viewing at 10:00 am and funeral service at 11:00 am on February 21, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2255 Felicita Rd. Escondido, Ca 92029
Graveside Service immediately following at Oak Hill Cemetery
Flowers can be received by the Alhiser-Comer Mortuary 225 S. Broadway Escondido, Ca 92025 prior to the viewing and services.
