Arthur L. Thelin's Obituary
He is survived by his wife, Doris, of 62 years; a daughter, Jodeane Guth; a son, Gregory Thelin (Kathy); and four grandchildren. A World War II veteran, he served in the U.S. Army in Japan. Before entering the service, he attended So. Dakota State College. Upon his honorable discharge in Oct. of 1946, he attended Santa Monica School of Photography. Upon his graduation he was employed by General Petroleum (later Mobile Oil Co.) for 35 years as their Chief Photographer of the Public Relations Department.
