Mrs. Skinner is survived by her husband of 49 years, Oreon Skinner; son Charles Skinner (Megan); daughter Katherine Croker (Ray) and three grandchildren. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree. She enjoyed gardening, reading and cooking. She was a homemaker for 49 years. The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or to Palomar Memorial Hospital, 555 E. Valley parkway, Escondido, CA 92025
