She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Mike G. Vargas; sons, Mike Vargas (Carolyn), Louie Vargas (DeNeice), and Gary Vargas (Toya); daughter Victoria Parker (Will); 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
