Mr. Santiago was preceded in death by her daughter Lucille Jimenez. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Conchita Santiago; daughters, Arlene Mindoro (Ernesto), Sandel Gonzales (James), Reva Cacho (Wilner), and Audrey Perez (Aaron); son-in-law Amado; and 12 grandchildren.
