Alberta "Jane" Warren's Obituary
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, James. She is survived by her sons, Mark Edward Warren and Michael Glen Warren; her grandchildren, Spencer and Hilary Warren; her daughter-in-law, Pamela Warren; and her brother-in-law, Jack Fisher. Jane grew up in South Bend, Ind. and attended Clay High School in South Bend, and South Bend College of Commerce, studying Stenography Courses. She moved to Chicago after college, becoming an Insurance Claims Assistant. Jane met James Allen Warren of Park Ridge, Ill., at a YMCA dance, and were married on September 30, 1955. The young family lived in Chicago until 1961, and then moved to South Bend. A job transfer took her to Indianapolis in 1982. James died in 1983 an Jane enjoyed crocheting, working crossword puzzles, playing Scrabble, watching soap operas, playing the piano, and spending time with her friends.
