She is survived by her son, Brandon Spears-Smith; mother, Janis Smith; father, Gary Smith; brother, Thomas Smith; and several cousins.

Sharon was born in Glendora, California, duaghter of Janis (Peterson) Smith of Encinitas, CA and Gary Smith of Daville, CA. She was a graduate of San Pasqual High School in Escondido, CA. She was the manager of Von's Supermarket, and was a member of the Women's Network Group.

Sharon loved to travel, walks on the beach, spectator sports of all kind, and vacation cruises. She was kind, generous, very upbeat, and lover of life.
