Jerry was loved and respected by all that knew him and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Dot Swanger; three sons, Jerry Swanger (Suzette), Jeff Swanger and Mark Swanger; a daughter, Lisa Koonce (Stephen); his mother, Bonnie May Kendrick; a sister, Clovis Miller (Ken); his grandchildren, Michelle, Nicole, Stephen, Jason, Shaunda and Andrew; and great-grandchildren, Christopher and Caitlynn.

Jerry spent most of his life in Real Estate Development and founded Mark II Properties in 1975 where he was privileged to work with his three sons.
|
Jerry enjoyed sailing, skiing, played tennis and golf and while serving in the Army played center on the base football team. He was a patriotic man who enjoyed a wonderful life including the ability to travel the world with his wife Dot.
