She was the Dearest wife of the late Frank Marki, Dearest sister of Helen Wiatr, and Mary Lisowski (Richard), Sister-in-law to Marceline and Mary V. Kwilos, and the extended Marki family; also Wonderful aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Josephine Lupa, Julia Uroda, Estelle Mikolajczyk and Frances Tylka; also brothers, Edward and Bill Kwilos.

Harriet was a member of the Polish-American Social Club of North San Diego County, Polish American Association of San Diego, St. Mark's Catholic Church Women's Guild, the Polish National Alliance, Lodge 1443 of San Diego, and the San Marcos Joslyn Senior Center.
